    Description

    I painted crow cucumber flowers. Crowberries bloom only at night in summer. As the darkness falls, the lacy flowers slowly open, as if we are dreaming. I painted the flowers with many layers of paint to create a mystical atmosphere.

    　All living things live by receiving someone's life. Yuriko Teramoto, who was born and raised in a satoyama
    She herself is also a woman who sees the creatures who are trying their best to survive in the sometimes cruel and harsh nature. She was taught that she, too, was a "living being" as she watched the creatures struggling to hold on to their lives in the sometimes cruel and harsh environment of nature.
    She was taught that she, too, was "being kept alive. Using washi paper and iwa-enogu, a traditional Japanese painting technique, she creates her works on the theme of the beauty of nature and the connection between life.
