No, TRiCERA has not held any exhibitions. However, each artist has a different background, with many of them having their artwork featured in exhibitions. You can check each artist's background on the artist's profile page.

Are frames included with the artwork?

Most artwork comes without frames. However, there are some cases in which the frame is included. Please check each artwork’s page for more information on frame availability.

How big would the artwork be after it is framed?

Please check the size mentioned on each artwork’s page.

How can I get the restoration history of each art piece?

If there is any restoration, the history is listed in the product detail page of each artwork.

Is it possible to put in special requests for my order?

What types of payments are available?

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Is the artwork covered through insurance?

Air freight cargo insurance is covered by ICCA. This insurance covers various risks, such as lost luggage, or damage during international marine, air and land transportation. This insurance covers purchases of JPY 100,000 or more.

Which shipping courier options do you have?

We ship artworks through DHL. To find out more information about shipping and delivery, please read our Terms of Service.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all the artworks on the website.

Will I have to pay for the custom clearance fee?

Yes, any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

Where can you ship your products to?

We ship worldwide including Asia, North & Central America, Europe Middle East, and Oceania. You can place the order on our website, and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in.

How are the products packaged for shipping?

Can I cancel my purchase?

If you have already received a confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel your order as it has already been processed. If you have not received a confirmation email, you are able to cancel the order.

What is the return shipping fee?

In most cases, there will be NO charge for return shipping. However, if there is damage to the art piece(s) caused by the buyer, the buyer is required to cover shipping costs.

How will my refund be issued back to me?

We will start the refund process after we have received the returned item(s). Refunds are issued in the method in which you made your original payment.
