    Description

    During the summer season, when the trees are at their greenest, I came across mountain lilies growing quickly in the mountains. The contrast between the bright green and pure white flowers was very striking, and I wanted to express the serene beauty of the flowers in this painting. In order to create the image of the flowers themselves radiating light, I applied many coats of mineral pigments. I would be happy if you could feel the unique materiality and vivid colors of the mineral pigments. (The photo was taken with the acrylic surface removed to prevent reflections.)

    She herself is also a woman who sees the creatures who are trying their best to survive in the sometimes cruel and harsh nature. She was taught that she, too, was a "living being" as she watched the creatures struggling to hold on to their lives in the sometimes cruel and harsh environment of nature.
    She was taught that she, too, was "being kept alive. Using washi paper and iwa-enogu, a traditional Japanese painting technique, she creates her works on the theme of the beauty of nature and the connection between life.
