A leader has many qualities, but at the end of the day it all boils down to two: good or bad.
A good leader looks toward the future, creates balance, learns from the mistakes of the past, and creates progress.
A bad leader, however, tries to recreate the destructive nature of the past. Instead of creating balance, they create such a disproportionate imbalance that it throws off any progress that has been made.
Unlike the good leader who wants to lift up others, the bad leader works to keep others down.
This piece represents the detriment of having a leader that is too immature to handle the responsibility bestowed upon them. To be a leader, one must be ready for all of the challenges that come with leadership-even if that challenge is recognizing that their leadership is causing more harm than good and they should pass their role to someone who can do it better, with the right intentions.
