• MEDIUM: wood, acrylic paint on wood plank. White Shadow is coated with acrylic gesso and finished with 3 layers of mat varnish to protect colors for longer periods of time and to ensure durability and protection against changes in room temperature, UV light, moisture and dust. The wooden plank is protected on the back with 2 layers of wood stain, giving it greater resistance over time.

• QUALITY: I create with pleasure and enthusiasm, but at the same time with responsibility and professionalism so that you can enjoy a high quality product . The painting comes also with an authenticity certificate attached.

• PACKAGING: All of my paintings are professionally packed in thick cardboard box after they were securely wrapped in flexible cardboard and bubble wrap foil and insured against damage or loss.

Concept

Simplicity “speaks” volumns. I see myself replicating this personal philosophy that I live by, in Art as well, with my current use of geometric elements with straight lines in my paintings and applied arts projects. My self-taught ways have led me to experiment and make acrylics and wood with structure paste my best ally for the moment. I find myself curiously blending interesting industrial objects with different substrates of interest.

I leave my style to be defined for the moment as I am still exploring the myriad of possibilities of genres, mediums and styles art has to offer. However, I find comfort and inspiration in using minimalistic and industrial style to convey my thoughts. Even though my style is not yet defined, the message I want to convey is clear to me. I find this an exceptional way to break down the huge societal picture in my mind, into smaller pieces and reinterpret them in a narrative which makes the most sense to me. Why do I decide to break it? Why reinterpret? Simple, because I can.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
