Concept

I make abstract collages from my own paintings and drawings. In one work fragments of different paintings are merging - techniques are mixed, creating a heterogeneous multilayer surface. In collages, I add transparent plastic, epoxy resin, prescribe oil fragments. The method of work is improvisation. I express in my work a direct experience of color and form, and invite the viewer to plunge into the world of sensual non-verbal experiences. Also, making collages is up-cycling. Educational works that do not have artistic value, I turn into material for a work of art. This is not only saving paint and other materials, but also giving new artistic meaning to disappointing works, rethinking the past.

I was born in 02.07.89, Kazakhstan, Almaty.
I started art at the age of 25 after I worked as an advertising and printing designer for 10 years and received a liberal arts education (bachelor degree in cultural science).

I was born in 02.07.89, Kazakhstan, Almaty.
I started art at the age of 25 after I worked as an advertising and printing designer for 10 years and received a liberal arts education (bachelor degree in cultural science).
In order to study the technology of oil painting, which I worked with for the most part, I received a bachelor's degree in oil painting restoration from the Stieglitz St. Petersburg Academy of Art and Design.
Art for me is a kind of creative activity, in which I can combine an interest in humanitarian studies, working with visual images, and creating tangible objects.
After several years of painting, I came up with the idea of creating collages from my own painting, wich is now my main artistic activity.
