    Description

    1. your concept,
I made this painting to commemorate the Assyrian empire and the Assyrian people. I wanted to share our rich history with our class. In the collage I have added, pictures of Assyrian gods, goddesses, Assyrian artifacts, Assyrian architecture, and the Assyrian cuneiform etc. The clouds and moon represent the passage of time and the death and rebirth of the Assyrian people.

any material or technical choices that are difficult to see in the image of the full painting
I used acrylic paint to paint the clouds and the moon and used printed images to create the collage. I also added some digital aspects to this painting. I wanted to work with mix media and that’s what I did. The collage is both analog and digital.

    an obstacle:
there was no obstacles to be honest other than being very late to submit this assignment and to that I’m sorry.

    a triumph:
im really happy with the way this turned out, i honestly love it. I never painted clouds before and I finally learned how to.
