Description

Liquid Sunshine was inspired when painting in my studio during the rain, whereby the rain in my emotions was replaced by a sense of optimism about everything. Optimism in this world in short supply, so this painting reflects that is emotionally abundant, we just have to tap into it. It is an exploration of abstractionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 93 cm in width by 121 cm in height.

This work was created on 3rd June 2019. A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
