Kenji Hirasawa, born in Tokyo in 1982, is a photographer and contemporary artist based in Tokyo and London. He has mastered remote sensing using satellites, and began working on the theme of "human beings" and "life" using a thermal imaging camera as one of the devices. He has been expanding the scope of his creative activities through installation, performance, and the active ingestion of new mediums and technologies. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions and projects in Japan and abroad.
