We would like to greet you on the occasion of the establishment of SHOEI's new art collection brand "Denjuro-DENJURO". The many collections that my predecessors put their hearts and souls into. As a person who will pass on the thoughts of those who have handed them down to me and the thoughts of my predecessors to the future, I intend to revive the values that live on in them. The brand is named after the founder's ancestor, Denjuro Toda Yoshikuni, who was active as a military commander during the Warring States period. To preserve the image of his valor and loyalty for posterity, a scroll of a painting was left behind by his descendants in the first year of the Bunsei Era in Edo. We have placed the thoughts contained in the painting at the origin of our brand. As the voice of the culture of the time, Denjuro-DENJURO would like to connect the feelings contained in antique art to the next generation as "NEO-ANTIQUE. We hope to enrich the hearts and minds of people in Japan and abroad by delivering memes (cultural genes) that can be felt across generations. Inheriting the genes of Denjuro Toda Yoshikuni, we will deliver the irreplaceable value created by this encounter, transcending time, space, and generations. We hope you enjoy our new approach.
