1995 Graduated from Solent University with a First in BA (Hons) Fine Art.

Vin Warrican is a visual artist whose practice centres around abstract and atypical photography. A successful Fine Art graduate of Solent University in the UK, his colourful experiments with analogue photography have allowed him to exhibit locally for a number of years.

Following his father's death to cancer in 2009, Warrican became a full-time carer for his mother when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease later that same year. It was a role he would fulfil until her passing in the summer of 2018.

It was during these years as a carer that Warrican's artistic practice adapted and evolved: embracing painterly aesthetics and digital media. These new methods and mediums offered him a more flexible way of working, and a cathartic outlet.

His recent and uniquely photographic engagement with printmaking processes has laid the foundation for continued artistic growth.
