I am inspired by adventure. The sky, a house or a flower can have its own interesting events... My task is to convey this story to the viewer, to touch his heart.
The romantic and lyrical style of watercolor painting with delicate sense of light and color, airy plein airs and etudes are close to me. The delicate watercolor technique with richness of palette takes spectators into the world of colors and feelings, autumn forest, road at sunset, winter. I convey the moods of capricious nature, in a few strokes building the necessary forms. I work in the technique of wet on wet "A la prima". You look and imagine how paint is poured on paper, how it is pelleted and mixed... I like fluidity and transparency of paint in watercolour, I paint not realistically, untold, I want to convey the mood, and the viewer himself will guess what's what. Working in watercolor I slow down, take my time, pause in the rhythm of modern world, the world running by. I want the viewer to catch this wave of unhurriedness, to pause at my works, to breathe in, to see the beauty of nature.
