Concept

I have always had a thinly veiled love of drawing leaves, flowers, and natural landscapes, This year, I began to draw my own ideal plants, in pots, titled "Ideal Plants. A painting is a "self-portrait," whatever the motif. Do I think of myself as a plant "in a pot"? Yes, I am trying to somehow dissipate in the midst of being stuffed down. It certainly sounds like me.
