The subtitle of this piece is "The New Age Order." The New Age Order" is, for me, also a message of "thinking about the humanities". The progress of information technology has been remarkable. Some experts say that the technological singularity Singularity is imminent. I believe that many of us have left our future completely in the hands of technological geniuses. In reality, I do not understand all the mechanisms and internal processes of the behavior of various AI technologies, Google-related information infrastructure, or the Internet in the first place. So I would encourage innovators (including us artists) and engineers to learn about philosophy and morality. I believe that information technology is so powerful that we should control it through ethics and morality. I used to study law (civil law major). In the process I realized that law is a monument of philosophy and morality. Currently, I am an artist with a background in systems engineering. Therefore, I incorporated computer codes that represent the law and messages into my artwork. The title of this work is "709. Article 709 of the Japanese Civil Code provides for "damages in tort. It stipulates that "a person who intentionally or negligently infringes the rights or legally protected interests of another shall be liable for damages resulting therefrom.
