Story:
This is a mixture of lens ring extension and focus stacking.
I was visiting La Paz during the extreme rainy season, with lots of flash rainstorms, causing river overflows around the city.
After one of these rain events, went to the garden at my brother’s house, while still cloudy, which gave even light. Using extension rings, which mimic a macro lens, so I could get close to the water droplets, started taking images at different focus length. Series of image were compiled using Photoshop, leaving the main subject on focus end-to-end, while the background blurred.
