Monte Civetta, 3220 m, Val di Zoldo, Veneto.
This majestic peak is located in the Dolomites in Northern Italy, the province of Belluno. A huge rock mass, about 4000 m long, rises above the village of Alleghe and is one of the most important climbing and skiing destinations in the Alps.
The Dolomites are the most beautiful part of the Alps, they are incredibly picturesque in winter under the snow. Italian Civetta is the largest ski area in the northern Italian region of Veneto and belongs to the twelve famous ski resorts of the Dolomiti Superski complex. From here you have a breathtaking view of Lake Alleghe and the mountain panorama of the Italian Dolomites, including their highest peak, Marmolada. I was fascinated by the beauty of this place when I spent my winter holidays here and wanted to share my feelings with you in this picture.
