    Description

    This work contains two pairs of colors that smoothly flow into each other. These colors yellow and blue are the colors of the Ukrainian flag. The colors of our flag have long symbolized the two main elements of nature and human existence - fire (yellow) and water (blue). The second pair is red and black. The flag of the OUN is the flag of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists. The flag consists of two colors: red and black. The black color symbolizes the Ukrainian land, and the red symbolizes the blood shed for it. If the yellow-blue flag symbolized statehood, Ukrainian unity, then the red-black flag was called the Ukrainian revolutionary flag.

    "Painting is a language that can communicate emotions and feelings way better than any language in the world."

    With my art, I'm trying to find beauty in everyday things. So would it be a still-life or a landscape or anything else, whatever? I have tons of ideas, and new ones come to me daily. I love the whole way of creation, although it's not linear. It all excites me: from idea, through research and spectating things around, making sketches and finding the right colours, until the last moment when I put my signature to my painting.

    I have been a painter for as long as I remember myself: with pencils, chalks and watercolours, or just a stick on sand. I am always hungry to create more, experimenting and finding new genres and styles that help me share my emotions and feelings. Many years ago, I fell in love with plastic and the magic of colours of oil that perfectly live on canvas. And I believe this love is mutual.

    Does this art work need a frame?

    In many cases, art works with a canvas stretched over a wooden frame can be displayed as is. Thin art works other than canvases are easier to frame. For any questions or concerns please chat us.

    • If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
