The main motifs of this work are the sea, the earth, and minerals. The rugged and raised areas represent the earth, the angular areas represent minerals born with regular shapes, and the blurred areas of paint represent lakes. Why do we think beautiful nature is beautiful? Nature was not designed to look beautiful from the human point of view, but rather, it is the product of a series of coincidences that happen to be beautiful to the human senses. The world, like nature, is a series of coincidences, and the fact that you were able to meet someone important to you, that you were able to meet a turning point in your life, and that you are here now are all miracles that you were able to pull together from a number of different patterns and combinations. We wish to link the beautiful nature created by chance with our lives, and to remind ourselves that our existence here and now is a series of miracles and coincidences.
