Contemporary Art Room Gallery "BOTANICALS" Online exhibition Finalist work.
This work was created from two images of my own ceramic works. One is a faintly visible flower. It is an image of a raw porcelain clay work created by my own technique. The other is an image of a unique pastel-colored glaze that has melted particularly beautifully in the firing process. The raw clay work that changes its appearance from moment to moment and the fired work that never changes. By collaborating images of these two opposing works of art, a new world of digital art is expressed. The digital processing was done using Photoshop, and I focused on making the photographic image look less like a photograph and on how much transparency I could bring to the thin petals of the flowers.

Concept

I can look at it for a long time" and "I am enveloped by the gentleness" are some of the comments she has received from many customers at her exhibitions. The "gentleness" is created by the pale and gentle pastel glazes that characterize her work and the theme of "life force of gentleness. The viewer can sense that the artist has expressed this theme by using these glazes, which she has been developing steadily in conjunction with the production process. The comment that the work expressing "gentleness," which is the opposite of "intimidating and heavy-handedness," has earned is "the goodness without reminder," which is the characteristic of the artist's own work.

This thematic work began in 2010 and has grown as we have added innovations and changes in technique and expression. The work is constantly entering new phases and undergoing significant changes into a new expression of contemporary art.
