Concept

Animals who do not have language communicate their sensations and emotions to each other through eye contact, gestures, poses, and facial expressions. Their actions are often marked by compassion, kindness, giving, politeness, and deep, genuine "love. When it comes to their sixth sense, they are many times more perceptive than humans. As he continued to create, it was a natural progression that his favorite motifs became animals. There are many things that humans can learn from wild animals and pets. Pet & Animal Artist Toshiyuki Kato

1970 Born in Osaka, Japan
1991 Graduated from Souzousha Design College, Illustration Department
2011 Graduated from Kyoto International Academy, Illustration Department

After working as an advertising designer for graphic packages, etc... he is now active as an artist who draws wild animals and pets.

*Main Activities
Started activities as an animal painter in 2002.
Sold his works at many exhibitions and solo shows.
He has held art events in various places where he draws huge works with children.
Since 2001, he has been actively participating in art fairs in France, Dubai, and other countries.

Began creating custom pet paintings in 2002.
He has created many works mainly of dogs and cats using his own unique deformation technique with a three-dimensional feel.

His colorful style expresses individuality with humor, and his deep gaze that depicts the heart is characteristic.

*Overseas solo challenge:
In December 2019, he will go to Australia to train as a painter by himself.
He will be exhibiting his works on the streets of Melbourne and other places, selling original goods, and taking orders every day for 3 months. Returned to Japan in March 2020.
