I have loved drawing pictures since I was a child.
However, as I grew older, the idea that it would be difficult to make a living from painting led me to work in other fields at one time, and as a result, I was unable to endure the hard work and suffered from depression due to overwork.

For a few years after the illness, I was completely exhausted and unable to move, but when I began to feel motivated, I painted a simple picture.
It was then that I remembered how much I had cherished the act of painting.

My paintings express what I have felt again since my depression, that they are beautiful, fun, and beautiful.
They are often based on what is around me, or on the nature and history of Japan, where I was born and raised, which may be rare in the world.

However, I believe that the world that we see without being bound by the ties of our surroundings or the common sense of society, and without denying the values within us, is the only, very important thing that everyone has.

To be honestly moved without denying one's own values seems to be a natural thing to do, but it is something that is often forgotten.
I would be happy if I could convey this importance to you through my paintings, even if only a little.

I mainly create Japanese-style paintings, but I also work with acrylics, watercolors, pastels, and any other painting medium.
It is my style to accept and challenge everything without denying it.
