Concept

My name is Terra Neidorf. I am in the field of constantly evolving contemporary art. It is like a steep river or a mad waterfall. Every period of my life is accompanied by thoughts and experiences on a certain topic that I rethink in art. Artwork is not only about a physical object, it is a deep thought and emotional process of an artist. The artist in turn is like a membrane that absorbs the world. Something is sifted, and something remains. And what remains is further processed into an art project. Themes of my art projects: human nature, human body, female and male features of our bodies, parallels between the human body and the body of the planet, personal reflections, the nature of the planet Earth, environmental issues, criticism of the Anthropocene. My portfolio includes mixed media artworks, painting, drawings, installations, performance. Here are mainly mixed media artworks. I have experience working with acrylic, textured paste, pastel, oil materials, thread, textile, canvas, burlap and other fabric bases, etc.
