Marc MUGNIER is the sculptor of nature. His works deliver the secrets of the stone and convey a message of peace and respect. The artist has succeeded in creating a real link with the material. Biography

Marc Mugnier was born in 1969 in Dijon, he lives and works in Côte d'Or. He studied traditional sculpture in the workshop of the sculptor Guy, known as Guillaume, Frécon. His art then turns to architectural compositions that unfold in space "Dynamic and sensitive work (even multi-sensory), architectural and often integrated into nature ... which oscillates between sculpture and installation," writes the journalist Patrick Le Fur. His horizon extends from the small to the monumental, particularly fond of stone, material of the earth and the universe. The art critic, Jean-Clarence Lambert, describes "Marc Mugnier as an artist of material imagination... Art as Nature... Adding to Nature... Creating "works" that Nature has not thought of... Never has art been so close to the secrets of our little planet, to, rhythms and forms, make them sing. In the open air." His work is exhibited in France and abroad, in parks, in galleries and in fairs such as Artcapital, at the Grand Palais, in Paris.
