The main questions that interest me as an artist are a deep and comprehensive study of nature and man.

I spent my childhood in the village, in close contact with nature. I loved to watch how the wind bends small trees, how swallows descend closer to the ground before the rain, how the rays of the sun illuminate the mountains. And now, when due to circumstances, I do not write, I mentally study how shadows fall, how objects are illuminated and what colors the sunset has. Contemplation of nature helps to feel it.

Creativity for me is the transmission of the moment, the state of nature, its diversity and short duration through the prism of my feelings. The sunset that was today will not be repeated tomorrow. It may be similar to yesterday, but it will obviously be different.

The main technique of my works is oil on cardboard, oil on canvas. Oil allows you to work as a thin layer of paint, as well as strokes, pasty. It is rich in colors and shades. It is important that it does not freeze in the cold, because I paint from nature at different times of the year.

In parallel, I create collages from my own drawings. These are small compositions about a person and his environment. Each person is unique, and this is wonderful, it gives food for thought.
