Concept

Combining my passion and skills in colored pencils, and knowledge of modern tattooing and board gaming, I have created a visual and tactile gaming/art experience for the player and tattoo enthusiast alike, with my tattoo themed board game called, "Body of Art." I have been in the tattoo industry for the past 18 years, and my passion is in teaching people about tattooing's rich history. My hope is to destigmatize peoples negative preconceived ideas about tattoos by educating them about tattooing's history, using my fun, beautiful card designs, and game art.

Biography

I've been an artist since 1999. In 2008, my husband and I opened our successful tattoo studio called Elixir Tattoo llc. in Nebraska. We have run it successfully for the past 13 years.
I've entered and won several awards with my artwork in our local area and Gallery. I have won a Best of Show 2013, a President's Award 2011, Honorable Mention 2016, and several Best of Show awards at the Country Fair 2009, 2011.
Several of my illustrations were published in different compendium books called, "Eight Arms of Inspiration," "Antennae of Inspiration," and "Feathers of Inspiration."
I was featured, along with my artwork, in an article in Color Pencil Magazine in 2013. d
