Concept

Basically, I work with acrylic paints and other materials, using transparent acrylic plates as a support. The transparency of the support and the paint allows me to create a permeable expression, in other words, I try to achieve the effect of light from behind the work. This is to make the most of the fact that the appearance of the work changes depending on the surface of the wall on which it is displayed. In order to prevent the surface of the support from peeling off and having an affinity with the acrylic paint, the surface is sealed before painting. I have been working on two-dimensional works, but I will try to create a three-dimensional form of the support by heating it.
