Concept

What I want to say The meaning of the painting The message in the painting" It is "None. I want to make them all "no title". There is no message in my pictures. But they come to my mind. A philosopher once said that the limit of words is the limit of a person's world. I reflect the heart that cannot be explained by words. I want to paint a world of images in which showers of color come down warmly. I want to leave on the canvas the existence of those who are fleetingly disappearing. Maybe it will become a meaningful picture for someone. With just such a thought that "it might connect something with something", I am living a normal life today, painting and being grateful for the simple life.

Biography

CAMI
Painter living in Hiroshima

1985 Born in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
Grew up on an island with abundant nature until the age of six. Since that time, she has felt a special joy in drawing pictures.

2003 Moved to three different elementary schools because of his parents' work. Grew up in Hiroshima City until graduating from high school. In high school, she participated in her first art exhibition and experienced selling her art for the first time.

In 2004, she decided that painting was her favorite hobby, and became a citizen of Kobe, aiming to become a pastry chef. While working as a patissier, she formed a female art unit called "KEN&CAMI" and held solo and group exhibitions mainly in the Kansai area. As a result, she worked seven days a week, and her anemia became so severe that she broke down.

2008 While studying to improve my health, I became an esthetician instead of a patissier. I also continue to make paintings to order.

2011 Became unable to draw pictures at all.

2015 I got married and had a baby girl who loves to sing.

2020 Became able to draw again and resumed activities. Living in Hiroshima prefecture. Currently, I open "CAMI ART SHOP" online, facing "art as a job" rather than "painting is my favorite hobby".
She is currently working on her online store and creating custom paintings.
