彼女の作品の多くは、演劇と舞台の世界へのエキサイティングな旅です。20年以上にわたって、彼女は世界文学の古典に取り組んできました。彼女は、500枚の絵画やドローイングとともに、100以上の劇の舞台美術や衣装を制作してきました。ラコニズムの芸術的価値に忠実でありながら、彼女本来の自然な見方でドラマを感じ、未来の公演の感情的で健全な芸術的イメージを創り出すことを志している。
イリーナ・ルパシチェンコの絵画は、深い象徴性を持っています。それぞれの作品は、神経を逆なでするような物語を語り、観客を決して無関心にはさせません。神秘的なハーレクイン、多顔の俳優、繊細な茶番劇などの比喩的な肖像は、観客に劇場の内部を紹介し、カーテンの裏側の世界を明らかにします。
イリナは、自分の芸術を全世界に公開し、できるだけ多くの人々に喜びを与えることを夢見ています。彼女の絵画やドローイングは、ドイツ、ポーランド、ウクライナ、ロシアの個人コレクションで見ることができる。
Iryna Lupashchenkoは、Mykhailo Boychukの名を冠したキエフ国立装飾・応用美術・デザイン学院（KGI DPID）のグラフィックデザイン学部を優秀な成績で卒業しました。

2003 was awarded the badge of honor "For many years of fruitful work in the field of culture" from the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine.
2000 personalized scholarship from the "Petro Poroshenko Charitable Foundation" for personal contribution to the development of theatrical art in Vinnitsa.

2001 Participated in a large art project “History of Women's Costume in Portraits of the 18th and 20th Centuries” as an author of historical costumes.
2004 Represented Vinnytsia region at a showcase of Ukrainian art and culture “Ukrainian Culture at the Turn of the Centuries” organized by Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine.

2001 A solo exhibition of stage design and pictorial art “Scenography outside the Stage” at the Vinnytsia Regional Museum of Art.
2005 A solo exhibition of stage design “Scenography is my Life” at the Vinnytsia Regional Ukrainian Academic Music and Drama Theatre named after Nikolai Sadovsky.
