セルゲイは、周囲の野生の自然の美しさや、その多様性を常に賞賛している。彼はよく森の中、公園、川の上にいて、そこで魂を休め、観察しています。 そのため、彼の絵にはさまざまな状態の自然、動物、花、植物が描かれています。
どの季節にもその魅力があります。そして、静物や花のテーマは、季節ごとに変わります。絵の断片の一つ一つを正確かつ詳細に調べることで、画家はハイパーリアリズムに近づき、イメージの対象物を細部まで鮮やかに、そしてジューシーに捉えることができるのです。彼の絵画では、伝統的な多層技法が使われています。描かれた物体のボリューム感や、無生物や生きた自然の中でのキアロスクーロの遊びを表現するには、これが最良の方法だと彼は考えている。
それぞれの絵は、その時のセルゲイの心の状態を反映したものであり、それを見る人に伝えたいと思っています。喜び、快感、そして世代を超えて受け継がれる絵画を所有したいという願望は、アーティストにとって本当の報酬です。

私は、ロシアのキーロフ地方の小さな町で生まれました。現在はモスクワに住んでいます。子供の頃から絵を描くのは得意でしたが、絵を描くという夢は大人になってから実現しました。20年以上も続けています。
私は航空技術学校を卒業しました。 仕事柄、移動が多く、それが旅行好きに影響しています。毎回、好きな場所は美術館やギャラリーで、そこでは偉大な芸術家たちの作品が印象に残っています。自分の好きな作品や写真の断片を思い出すと、描かれたものを正確に伝える技術や能力に驚かされました。特に、緻密で象徴的なオランダの静物画が好きで、その影響を受けて自分の絵にもその痕跡を残しました。
最初は、絵を描くことはただの趣味でした。今では、これが私の唯一の職業となっています。私は油絵具を使って、リアリズムのスタイルで多層的なテクニックを使って描いています。様々な方向性を試した結果、静物と花にたどり着きました。静物画の芸術的な構成は、美しく構成されていて、簡単にキャンバスの上に落ちる。花は喜び、雰囲気を作り、果物は口にして欲しいと思っています。私は、私の絵の一つ一つが、見る人の魂に感情の嵐を呼び起こし、良い気分を作り、楽しい記憶を呼び起こすものでありたいと思っています。私の絵は、ロシアとアメリカの個人コレクションに収められています。
