Nadezhda beschäftigt sich mit der Ölmalerei. Sie arbeitet mit Pinseln, Spachteln und gelegentlich auch mit den Fingern. Sie arbeitet mit einer glatten und pastosen Technik. Im Rahmen ihrer Ausbildung hat sie Bücher von amerikanischen, russischen und tschechischen Autoren studiert.
"Ich male, weil ich nicht anders kann. Die Malerei ist für mich ein unglaubliches Abenteuer, es ist einfach mein Leben. Der schöne Himmel, das Rascheln der Blätter, das Fließen des Flusses, die untergehende Sonne. Das alles möchte ich in meiner Malerei zeigen.
