Konzept

In my artistic experiments I work with watercolor and oil, sometimes adding elements of pastel. In my works, I convey not just meanings, but prisms - those very optical distortions that belong to my eye and perception. This is a kind of dialogue of reality with my unconscious, with the imaginary. Through subtle nuances of facial features, expressions of the eyes, and body movements, I weave narratives, directly touching the inner world of the portrait's subject. A person's body, face and emotions are powerful tools for describing a person inside and out. Human forms, gestures combined with looks and movements are an endless fruitful source of inspiration for me.

Ich verwende diese Technik bei Porträts, um Tiefe und Klarheit zu zeigen. Eigentlich handelt es sich um ein monochromes Gemälde, aber aufgrund der Eigenschaften von Aquarellfarben zerfällt es beim Trocknen in verschiedene Pigmente, so dass man die Schönheit genießen kann.

Biografie

Oxana Luky wurde in der Ukraine geboren. Heute lebt und arbeitet sie in Moskau, Russland, und ist seit drei Jahren hauptberuflich als Künstlerin tätig. Doch davor war die Kunst für sie, wie für viele andere, eine Möglichkeit, sich auszudrücken. Sie begann schon als Kind zu zeichnen und erinnert sich an ihre ersten Fingerzeichnungen, als sie vier Jahre alt war.
Sie schloss die Kunstschule in Svetlovodsk ab. Oxanas Kunstausbildung am Art Colledge in Kharkiv, Ukraine, hat dazu beigetragen, eine große Grundlage in der Kunst zu entwickeln.
