In principle, the exhibition will be closed and the work will be returned to the owner. You will not be charged for the shipping costs of returning the work.

Payment will be made at the end of the month following the completion of the sale and confirmation of receipt by the purchaser.

Delivery from the artwork owner to TRiCERA is handled by the artwork owner, unless the artwork owner entrusts TRiCERA with the delivery of the artwork. After the sale of the work is finalized, TRiCERA will handle the delivery of the artwork to the buyer with the utmost care, but in the event of damage, TRiCERA will bear the repair costs or compensate for the artwork.

Generally, we do not disclose information about the owner of the artwork to the artist.

Generally, returns are not accepted. However, if the artwork is damaged during shipping, it will be accept to be returned at TRiCERA ART's expense. In this case, payment to the owner will be made as usual.

There is no charge to apply. A sales commission will be charged from the sales amount when the sale is approved.
