After purchase, shipping will be arranged once payment has been confirmed. We will contact the artist to pack the artwork. The shipping courier will ship the artwork for delivery to your door.
All artworks are shipped using the highly secure packing method used by the artist. We follow packing manuals to prevent potential damage during shipping.
Artworks are delivered to the customer through arrangement by DHL. Customer Support will send an e-mail message with a link to a web page containing order tracking details, including a tracking number. Enter this tracking number on the shipping courier's web site for updated tracking information. To track delivery status via DHL, visit www.dhl.com. Customer Support also contacts customers with important information about orders prior to arrival.
Original artworks generally ship within 7 business days and arrive within 11-14 business days of ordering. Depending on place of origin of the artwork, destination, and the time required for customs clearance, delivery time may take longer than usual when artwork is shipped overseas. Packages shipped to areas experiencing bad weather, natural disasters, or other major unexpected events may be delayed.
A Certificate of Authenticity that includes the artist's signature, title of the work, and date of purchase is issued.
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase after delivery, please notify us within 14 days of delivery that you will return the artwork for a refund. The artwork must be returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging. See our Returns Policy for additional information on returns.
