My power to create artwork is the feeling of curiosity and amazement to the surrounding things just like a child, but with a little more of knowledge and technique. It all started from one small yellow morel growing in my garden out of blue. The interesting shape in my ordinary garden was like Godzilla in the city. It was like a surreal picture of yellow morel saying, “I’m alive!” in a voiceless voice. Eventually, I changed my style to capture the perspective of living things on how modern society should coexist with nature. Originally, I wanted to draw water which leads to my current artworks mainly drawing birds and fish.
I was attracted to the messages that each artworks has. I personally focus on the empathy for the vision and message from daily bases so it was nice to feel that.
