Concept

I do drawing and figurative painting.
I started to study painting in Argentina at the faculty and in workshops and I finalized my style in France.
My work revolves essentially around the human figure. My key themes are tenderness, serenity, tranquility, melancholy. I work on my own aesthetics and I try to make paintings and drawings that I like to look at and that plunge me into a pleasant universe. The characters that I paint are generally out of my imagination and are inspired by poses that I see and that catch my eye. My drawings and paintings therefore try to convey a positive energy.
For painting I use acrylic, my bill is increasingly smooth. For the drawings I use ink and watercolor.
My paintings have a well defined contour line, the forms are somewhat elongated and simplified (to gain harmony), and the colors are saturated and contrasted.
There is also a contrast between the background and the subject. The subject is smooth, and the background is made of several small touches, perhaps due to my first love in painting: impressionism. This difference also brings out the subject.
