Concept

In this modern age of flooding information, everyone, including myself, seems to be rushing and running in time. What if the sense of fulfillment that is innate in humans exists in silence and calmness, but not in crowds and busyness? How can we find happiness in the story of life?

I found mine in creating paintings. I pursue it in this quiet and lonely world limited to visual information. In there, I express the sounds, movements and temperatures that captivate me. Painting for me is a means of creating a story that is quiet yet rich. Each piece is like a scene out of a book, movie, or drama.

There is a "now" that only exists in each world, in each piece. There are reasons and times for all emotions and the course of events. I am convinced that continuing to drawing and expressing "now" is the answer to fulfill my intricate feelings. It is to create a series of stories that project myself as a protagonist.
