Description

This work contains traces of the disappeared water on the screen. Acrylic paint changes shape when it contains water but once it's dry, it stops the time stops of that moment on canvas. Hiroshi uses his technique of marbling the medium to capture the 'accidental' moment. The flow creates the image and adding colors to the flow that is usually cannot be seen makes the flow of time and the gravity visible.

Concept

The theme is "archives," which remembers vague existence, truth, and traces. As a digital generation, I feel that there are clear answers to the questions I have in this information-exploded society. The means of recognizing noise that does not have words lurking in it will be traced by paintings, which are words that are less certain than pictures and less sharp than letters.
His work is a trace image that visualizes the phenomena that occur in paint. The medium, which is based on acrylic paint and has a unique composition, captures the accidental image of the real world under the influence of the dryness of the paint, the substrate, the material, gravity, and movement.
Paintings are no longer narratives of the fantasy world, which can be a tool to tie the relationship between images and space, also prove the facts.
