This artwork was drawn based on a Japanese song called ‘Makura no soushi’. Part of the lyrics it is written that Spring is the time when the night is about to dawn. As the sun rises, it gradually gets whiter, the mountainside is somewhat brighter, and a purple-colored cloud is pulling sideways.
This song is based on the theme of “spring” with the motif of “blue dragon” representing “spring” in the spiritual beast that controls direction and season in Chinese mythology.
In addition, this artwork was made with the consideration of the structure of the hanging shaft, it is framed on a vertical panel.
