私は油絵画家であり、その作品は具象的であるが、文字通りの表現ではなく、対象から興味を持ったものの本質を捉えることを目的としている。

私は油絵画家であり、その作品は具象的であるが、文字通りの表現ではなく、対象から興味を持ったものの本質を捉えることを目的としている。

私は構造物や形（人間の形を含む）に惹かれ、最近の作品では街並みに焦点をあてています。また、反射や、窓の裏側や狭い路地の角のあたりなど、はっきりと見えないがそこにあることを知っている、あるいは知っていると思っている、内部の生活の暗示に興味がある。

私のアートワークは、ある場所に対する感情的な反応から生まれています。ロンドン（私の生まれ故郷）は常に魅力的であり、都市は概してそうです。私はしばしば下を向いていますが、これは観察者であること、そしておそらく部外者であることの感覚と結びついています。

現在は、雪が持つ変幻自在のパワーに興味を持っています。
