Painter, Mariko Yoshida, is a young artist active in the Tokyo art scene. She has participated in numerous exhibitions including one at the National Art Center in Tokyo. The main theme of her work is considering the difference between living things and inanimate objects and finding out what sets them apart. She enjoys experimenting with different methods and techniques of expression and hopes to create art that somehow supports her viewers.
