What is TRiCERA?

TRiCERA is the online marketplace that bridges together hidden talented Japanese artists to art lovers all over the world. TRiCERA was established on November 1st, 2018.

Has TRiCERA held any exhibitions?

No, TRiCERA has not held any exhibitions. However, each artist has a different background, with many of them having their artwork featured in exhibitions. You can check each artist's history, credentials, and background on the artist's profile page.

How can I find out the concept and story behind each art piece?

Are frames included with the artwork?

While most art pieces come without frames, there are some cases in which the frame is include. Please check the product description of your desired art piece for more information on frame availability.

How big would the artwork be after it is framed?

Please check the size of the artwork on the product detail page.

How can I get the restoration history of each art piece?  

The resotration history is listed in the product detail page of each art piece. 

Is it possible to put in special requests for my order? 

This may be possible depending on the artist. Please Contact Us with further information. Note: if you put in a special request for your oder, you may not qualify for the 2-week free return shipping.

Before making a purchase, could I have the condition report? 

Yes, please contact us here to let us know which artwork you would like the condition report for.  

Can I get a sale certificate with my purchase?

Yes, all of our products are shipped with a sale certificate.

Are there any discounts available?

No, we do not currently have discount offers.

What types of payments are available?

Can I pay via bank transfer?

We do not typically accept bank transfers, however if your purchase exceeds your credit card limit, please let us know and we can work with you to solve this issue. 

Is the artwork covered through insurance?

Air freight cargo insurance is covered by ICCA.
This insurance covers various risks, such as lost luggage, or damage during international marine, air and land transportation. 
This insurance covers purchases of 100,000 JPY or more.

Which shipping courier options do you have?

We only ship our products through DHL.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all of our products. We also offer free custom clearance and do not charge any taxes. 

Will I have to pay for the custom clearance fee?

No, you will not have to pay for the custom clearance, shipping, or taxes. We will covered these costs for our customers. 

Where can you ship your products to?

We are currently only shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. However, we are looking to expand into other countries in the near future. Please stay in touch with us for further updates about our expansion.  

How are the products packaged for shipping?

We have detailed guidelines for carefully packaging the products. Please see this page for more information on packaging details. 

Can I cancel my purchase?

If you have already received a confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel your order as it has already been processed. 
If you have not received a confirmation email,  you are able to cancel the order.

What is your return policy?

The items were damaged when I received the package, what should I do?

Please contact us with further information and we can help resolve the issue. 

What is the return shipping fee?

In most cases, there will be NO charge for return shipping. However, if there is damage to the art piece(s) caused by the buyer, the buyer is required to cover shipping costs.

How will my refund be issued back to me?

We will start the refund process after we have recieved the returned item(s). 
Refunds are issued in the method in which you made your original payment.
If you paid via bank transfer, your refund will be deposited into your bank account.

TRiCERA is a marketplace to introduced the works of Japanese artists to overseas markets. We solve the problems of language barriers and complex overseas delivery services in order to connect Japanese artists to the rest of the world.

We provide safe delivery and excellent customer service to ensure quality and seamless, convenient purchasing. We have built a partnership with a major courier so that all valuable artwork can be delivered as safely as possible. The courier also provides an option to receive notification via SMS and e-mail to check the status of the delivery.

TRiCERA is the only platform in which both the artists and buyers can trust. Thorough information about each art work is provided on our website.We offer full support for inquiries in Japanese, Chinese, and English.
