    Description

    Uncertain Symbiosis is an original painting representing a woman floating in northern lights seemingly communicating and interacting with some cuttlefishes in a symbiosis like state. I like to think that behind the mask each one of us is capable to higher themselves to new dimensions where we can co-exist with all other beings. In this artwork pearlescent pigments were used to accentuate the dreamy like world along with some striking green and blue hues. Oil and pearlescent pigments on canvas. Signed and dated on the bottom right of the canvas.

    Concept

    The inspiration behind my current themes are women and animals in fantasy like worlds.
    Tattooing symbolism, as well as artistic and graphic detailing styles all coexist in my artistic approach – interacting and contributing equally to my creative narrative. I enjoy using metallic hues and strong colours to emphasize dream like worlds.
    In my paintings I aim to explore the mind, feelings and uncertainties of many in the modern world by examining our subconscious relationship with nature and the universe in a bid to bring to light our troubled inner-selves, and reconnect our spiritual path to it. All beings in my artwork are interpreted as a perception or an extension of ‘earth’ and aim to symbolise our relationship with our environment.
    Rather than trying to address any particular issue, my artwork reflects earth and soul connections by evoking safe and ethereal places, inviting the viewer to observe themselves and speculate on the path of their earthy life.

    • If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
