"Decomposition" is the first stage in the recycling of nutrients that have been used by an organism (plant or animal) to build its body. It is the process whereby the dead tissues breakdown and are converted into simpler organic forms. These are the food source for many of the species at the base of ecosystems.

It reiterates that nothing is permanent in this World. Every living thing in life is subjected to death, decay or decomposition. It's the after life that is eternal.

With the close proximity with Nature and the surroundings, the materials used are appropriate to reiterate the concept of upcycling. It evokes a sense of satisfaction to transpire the knowledge of saving the environment via Upcycling Art.

My name is Ariff. Artist's name is Art R'eev. A Self-Taught Artist. Applying the concept of "Transform TRASH Into TREASURE..Where Ugliness Is Turned Into Beauty". Bringing "TRASH" into a different level of perspective altogether. Finger painting technique is applied. An experimental artwork on alternative medium like jute, cement, wood panel, charcoal etc. Inspired by the late American Artist, Jackson Pollock. My forte is in abstract art.

Does this art work need a frame?

What kind of hardware should I use for hanging the artwork?

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
