This painting is inspired in Jim Jarmusch movie called "The limits of control". The phrase inside the painting is in the script of the movie and it says: "Reality is arbitrary".
This painting belongs to my artworks series "Split": Separation in its broadest sense and in all of its dimensions.
Separation of a loved one or of several, of an animal of the outside world, of the system.
Self-imposed loneliness or because of the evolution of events; a rabid or calm rupture due to the cessation of existence; several types of separation at the same time.
And then what results from it, or what comes with it, or what was always implicit even before it materialized.
