Painting has always been the way I found to incorporate the aspects I'm looking for into my life. It's a practice that brings me firmness and visceral contact with what I'm painted, a kind of ritual where I incorporate new learnings and perspectives. It's very difficult to explain. But each work has a very deep involvement with my internal and personal processes, they are literally pieces of my soul transformed into colors, looks, and shapes, and I hope that somehow I can transmit to you these energies, sensations, and learning in the works. This Buddha is a tribute to all the inner masters who dwell within each one. And that at the right time, it blooms, spouting light and power.
