Nami finds will that she can feel from the letters and shape and connects them to create her work. She created this work because she felt like creating something soft using colored pencils, remembered that the cat wakes up the owner without scratching him/her with the craws, and she was inspired by the phrase 'Who knows the most, speaks least'.

Concept

Nami enjoyed drawing from childhood although she was not 'specially' good in drawing. She recently started drawing in her style today and she felt the enjoyment of drawing once again. She naturally went back to life with art was natural but now its something that she cannot let go.
Her work's theme is "Mindlessness", "Simple", and "Connection". She enjoys creating her work without any specific image that naturally becomes a form that she had never imagined before. She feels that connecting simple shapes is similar to the connection of people. Also, she uses letters and she enjoys the shape of Japanese characteristics.
Creating a single world by connecting different entities of letters and painting is a feature of her work. She creates works as if she is creating a story.
