Description

This work is the winner in the drawing competition among students of the portrait school. If it were not for this event, there would not be this drawing.

I've been thinking for a long time — what to draw. It seemed to me that it should be something very original and creative. But all my ideas seemed to suck out of my finger. And the deadline was already close.
Then I decided that let it be ordinary everyday things - a jar for groceries. But I didn't want to draw an empty glass bottle.
Beans.
I chose white because it looks more voluminous.
So this still life appeared.
Beauty is in simple things.

Irina Shadrina is a professional artist, illustrator, and graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in art and design. She graduated from Ural State University of Architecture and Art at the Faculty of Graphic Design. The bachelor's degree in design art.
Now Irina improves qualifications in academic painting at the Portrait School. The symbiosis of professions has greatly expanded her opportunities as an artist. Her arsenal is digital, graphics, academic drawing, and painting. The subjects of her work are varied: Plein-air sketches, graphic experiments, still-life, and portraits. If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
