Description

Miro suddenly realized,
Mom gave him the Teddy Bear as a gift from London, but he somehow lost it.
The dragon was the souvenir from Spain.
The bailaora with blue skirt was in the video Mom once showed him recorded in Museo del Baile Flamenco on her phone.
And those Renaissance men were the characters from Mommy’s Tarot cards.

Everything is clear now.
Everyone in this journey was once part of Miro’s life,
Though they eventually all faded away.
Through this journey, they had come back to Miro from different cities.

But Miro was lost now,
who was going to find him and his heart?
The rain seemed never stop in London.

Concept

I love travel. I also focus and cherish my everyday life.
I think the most important thing for me is to free my heart, and let it lead my drawing.
Biggest ambition is to make my cat Cheetah more popular than Hello Kitty. Hoping people to experience the beauty of animals through illustrations and cherish the diversity of species more.

I had the chance to established a studio called Meowflat with 3 of my friends, they are all very supportive for me. Among them Hui Wen Chan has done an excellent job of expressing my story through embroidery work.

Techniques or processes in creating the artworK :
Watercolor, embroidery (working with Hui Wen), colored pencils and photoshop.

If you are concerned about repayment costs, such as when renting a house, wall pins and hooks that do not leave noticeable hole marks are available at major DIY Store and art supply stores.

If you want to hang a canvas with a hook, a hook type with a long hooking surface, such as a V-shaped type is recommended.

If there is a string on the back of the canvas or the back of the frame, you can hang it with a pin type that has a short hooking surface.
