I was born 1967 in Sofia, where I still live and, since 1989, work as a freelance artist.
In the past, I was working mostly in the field of painting and drawing while experimenting with various media and styles. These experiments usually resulted in separate complete series exploring certain subject. Most of these series were presented to the public in solo exhibitions.
I have always been interested in other forms of art and have read extensively books related to philosophy, psychology, folk art and mythology. This, I believe, has influenced my work just as has the regular contact with the nature.
Later on my scope of interest expanded to art installation, art object and art in public space.
Somewhere in the early 90’s I had an idea for an art installation and the need to visualize it was a stimulus to learn 3D applications and other types of computer programs. This proved very helpful for visualizing some ideas and even creating separate series of works.
Another focus of interest was the curating of group exhibitions.

My full creative biography could be found on my website.
