Kisho Tsukuda paints princesses wearing billabira hairpins and fluffy skirts, just as she did as a child. Now she uses traditional silk-colored Japanese painting and egg-yolk tempera techniques to depict heroines from Kabuki, historical tales, and fairy tales. The stories we know, which anyone can Google, have the "power to move people's hearts" that has been brushed up over time. Read the book, interact with it with a modern mind, look at the prince with a stern eye different from that of the princess, come up with original costumes, and portray the heroine she wants to meet. I want to share the unspoken "impatience" that everyone has in their genetic memory. Kisho Tsukuda depicts princesses wearing billabira hairpins and fluffy skirts, just as she did as a child. Using traditional Japanese silk painting and egg-yolk tempera techniques, she depicts heroines from Kabuki, historical tales, and fairy tales. Read the book, dialogue with your modern mind, look at the prince with a different and stern eye than hers, come up with an original costume, and portray the portrayal of the prince. We want to share the inexpressible "impatience" that everyone has in their genetic memory.

“Kisho Japanese Heroines / Kabuki”

Paintings of the heroines of stories that are still popular in the performing art of Kabuki. I believe that stories that have been brushed over time and still remain have the power to move people's hearts, so the painter draws on that power to paint the women she wants to meet.
